Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@blackhawk-nutrition.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@blackhawk-nutrition.com.

Please DO NOT send the item back until you have confirmation from Blackhawk Nutrition, as many issues can be resolved without the item being returned.

If there are any of the following issues with your order, please contact our customer service team via email:

  • Incorrect order received
  • Incorrect item purchased
  • Damaged in transit
  • Faulty

The more information you supply the quicker the process of getting the problem rectified.
A member of the Blackhawk Nutrition team will contact you once an issue has been raised.

If you don’t receive a reply within 48 hours of expected delivery date of returned item please check your courier tracking to confirm that we have received item.

If you do not have proof of delivery and a tracking number we will be unable to issue a refund if it goes missing in the post. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.

Postage and packaging charges: If returning an item due to receiving an incorrect order, the return postage cost will be paid by Blackhawk Nutrition. If you a returning the product due to ordering the incorrect item or you no longer want the item, you will have to cover the cost of postage.

Restocking fee: If you would like a refund, you can have 100% store credit or 90% cash refund. (10% restocking fee).

When Blackhawk Nutrition offer free deliver to our UK or international customers, in the event that you have purchased an item and require a refund, the original cost of postage and packaging will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the restocking fee.

Item condition: If you return the product, it has to be returned in the original packaging and unused and unopened. Please make sure when returned the packaging is in fully protected condition as full refunds will not be issued on damaged returns.

If in case of damaged item please keep original packaging as the delivery company may require this to be sent in at a later date.

 

Blackhawk Nutrition will only take responsibility for any items once they have arrived in our depot and we have signed and checked them.
